Idaho NP Clinic was established in 2021 by nurse practitioners Jennifer Hofer and Kimereng "Kip" Kipsuge. Kip and Jennifer have a combined experience of over 25 years of service in the healthcare industry. They both worked as bedside Registered Nurses prior to furthering their education and scope of practice as Nurse Practitioners and have a strong passion for helping individuals navigate the healthcare system. Realizing that our current system does not serve all individuals needing care, and that those it does serve often end up feeling unheard and underserved, Kip and Jennifer made a goal to change that. We offer in office and telemedicine visits as well as mobile visits for our patients who are home bound or in assisted living facilities.
Jennifer Hofer is a board certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in clinical practice. She has a strong passion for chronic disease management and health promotion in the adult population as well as Geriatric Primary Care. Jennifer's goal as a provider is to empower her patients to take control of their physical and mental health in order to live out full and meaningful lives throughout every stage of their life spectrum. When not at work, she enjoys spending time doing most anything outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.
