No. We come to you. While we do have an office and are happy to see our patients in the office setting, mobile primary care is about making those visits easier and more comfortable for our patients who are home bound or live in assisted living communities. Just give us a call to schedule an appointment.
We have the means and supplies to draw labs for you at the time of your visit or can schedule a time for a phlebotomist to come to you to obtain blood draws. We also partner with local mobile imaging companies to provide common diagnostic services such as x-ray, EKG, and Ultrasound.
Absolutely! We are not taking the place of your specialist providers and are more than happy to collaborate with them in order to provide you the best care possible.
We love working with patients and families and are happy to communicate with loved ones regarding patient care at any time. All we need is consent from the patient to share information and/or a copy of the medical power of attorney so that we can comply with required privacy practices.
